How accurate are the estimates on the map?
The map uses U.S. Census ACS 5-year "Year Structure Built" data as a planning estimate. When our Processing team fulfills your order, they work from actual county property records and permit data — so the delivered leads reflect real roof ages, not estimates.
What's included in the $297 activation?
$297 is a one-time fee per account. It includes a $150 credit applied automatically to your first order — use it toward any tier (Warm, Hot, or Urgent). After that, you pay per order with no monthly fee or subscription.
How long does fulfillment take?
It depends on the county. After you order, we confirm your timeline by email — typically within one business day of your order. Some counties we can fulfill quickly; others require us to request permit and property records directly from the county, which can take longer. Storm-hit counties are always prioritized.
What if you can't get the data for my county?
If our Processing team is unable to obtain the necessary data for your county, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. We would rather be upfront than deliver incomplete leads.
Can I order more than one county?
Yes — place separate orders for each county. Each order prices independently. Volume breaks apply per order.
Are territories exclusive?
No — we don't lock territories. You can order the full county. Within your own account, every address is deduplicated so you never receive a duplicate lead.
What does enriched include?
Enriched leads add phone number and email address on top of the standard owner name, mailing address, and verified roof age. Enrichment is +$2/lead added at checkout.
